Wendy Foil

For Wendy, real estate runs in the family. Her grandparents owned a brokerage, and her mother, aunt, and uncle were realtors, too! So while she didn’t anticipate following in their footsteps, it happened naturally. 

And as the story unfolds, her daughters Sarah and Hannah joined her, helping form the Wendy Foil Team. The three of them work well together, bringing their mutual trust and respect for one another to everything they do. After more than 15 years in the top 1% of all realtors in the KC metro, the Wendy Foil Team made the move to start their own brokerage, West Village Realty, to carry on the legacy and devotion to serving their buyers and sellers. 

Wendy has been married to her wonderful husband Jim for more than 37 years. Spending time with their three children – Sarah, Hannah, and Jake – and grandchildren is important to them. The Foils attend Hope Community Church in Leawood, Kansas, and are active in the community.
